ANN: New xls2xlsx package released

Hello!

Today I released a new package called xls2xlsx, which will convert files from xls, htm, and mht format to xlsx.  It makes use of xlrd to handle the xls case, and uses openpyxl to create the xlsx.  The html reader/processor was created from scratch using beautifulsoup4 and cssutils.  It handles not only the cell values, but also the styles.
