Needing help: Petl release CI/CD broken

Hi Mr. Alistair Miles (alimanfoo),

I need some help to fix the release pipeline of petl package in PyPi.

After the service travis-ci.org was discontinued, the release CI/CD broke:

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.

Unfortunately, I can't create a new release pipeline, because I'm not a maintainer of the pypi.org petl package.

I don't want to take your time, but I have no other choice in this case.

Can you help me please?
