Description:
Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies? Are
you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity? Do you like to be
challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally?
We're looking for Contact Center Tech Lead to:
• do independent development with Full Stack Java knowledge
• drive delivery teams of developers to achieve project delivery
• work as application owner for Contact Center applications
• work with stakeholders from QA and Business teams to discuss requirements and improve them to be
deliverables
• work as lead to follow all UBS SDLC and release manager processes and make team members to
follow same processes
