failing subtasks shouldn't stop remaining siblings

Hi again!

in doc https://pydoit.org/tasks.html?highlight=failing#actions
a (sub)task can either be successful or unsuccessful
and it appears if one out of many subtasks is unsuccessful all the other reamaing task also halts.

My usecase would prefer to continue until all subtask "siblings" completed either way

( I also has to run parallel as much as possible I should add )
