Just thought I would mention that there has been some previous discussion
of the idea of wrapping more of the EVP interface on python-ideas.

Also, I'm going to be periodically working on a dry run of wrapping parts
of SSL for python over the next month- those of you who are interested
please volunteer- code review will be especially important at this low
level!
