About This Job

We are looking for people who have a passion for writing elegant, efficient code that will be used by thousands of people. You will:

- Learn a web framework called Django (it is like Ruby on Rails but it is based on Python)

- Use it to build web apps

- Use the MotherApp Generator to convert the web apps to native mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Django(Python)-based application and infrastructure components

• Refactor and improve maintainability of the codebase

• Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems

• Conduct design and code reviews

• Interface with the project manager and the customers

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in building web applications

• Disciplined approach to development, testing, and quality assurance

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Desired Skills

• Experience with databases and caching

• Experience in writing applications using public APIs such as YouTube API, Twitter API, Google Map, etc.

“薪资面议”很没诚意

这表明招聘方企图将招聘成本转嫁到应聘者头上

一般这种“薪资面议”的职位我个人是不会感兴趣的

有很多时候，看人能力如何定工资。每个人之间的区别还是很大的（对于程序员等有产能的职位来说）
看门的之类工资才是固定的。。。。

不过至少给个范围，不然阿猫阿狗都来招聘成本才高呢。。。

机械说的确实，程序员的工资很难定的，能力上的差别不是工作几年的事情，技术上的深入与肤浅也很难鉴定。
