测试代码在https://github.com/woodenwatcher/pythonenv，在python3.6.10中会报“Fatal Python error: take_gil: NULL”的错误，但是在python3.7.10中能通过，请各位高人指点迷津。另外，python调用c++是通过boost.python库完成，版本是1.66
