Hello, anyone can give me a hint? I'm stucked here. Tryed a code to generate all years that are leaps and has 26 january in monday, but i've got nothing from that.

For when do you need to buy them? Why that might be so (maybe Wikipedia can tell you who would you be buying them for)?
