First message to the group: Web Site and Goals

Hello Folks,

This is the first message sent to the mailing list. Welcome!
I have just created the Web Site[0], and it is a TRAC wiki. I want to
invite you all to create an account there, and help providing content
there. If you find any useful documentation, link, etc. you're welcome
to login an add it to the wiki yourself. The web site is pretty new,
and has no useful content yet. I'll be adding content there as I have
some time available.

For members actively helping us, I'll be giving away gmail accounts
with the domain @pythonbenelux.org and @pythonbenelux.com.

The goal of the mailing list is to provide a channel for helping
python developers when they get stucked, publishing python job
offerings, promote the language, discuss about language details and
how it stands compared to other languages, help people decide what
python technology should they use for they yet-to-be-developed
project, etc.

Hope you all are feeling welcome. If you have any suggestion, don't
hesitate: send an email to mailing list and we'll manage to have that
together. This is a community. It is not a one man show, and I hope to
have your help and participation.
