Because some members had some objections about the previous proposed dates for a meet up,

I've setup another Poll to pick a date we can get together. (You can forget about the previous one)

The location needs to be determined yet. But it will be in Antwerp or Ghent definitely!

In de Vooruit in Gent is altijd plaats.

Bij voidwarranties (hackerspace Antwerpen) kan ik normaal ook altijd (behalve op zondag) wel een locatie regelen.
Daar zitten ook een paar enthousiaste python gebruikers.
Zeker als het om een kleine groep gaat zal dat geen probleem zijn (als we het even op voorhand weten).

De locatie is eigenlijk Deurne, heel gemakkelijk met de auto en met het openbaar vervoer bereikbaar.

Ik zie die locatie wel zitten. Er zal ook vermoed ik ruimte en mogelijkheden zijn om kleine lichting talks te geven vermoed ik ?

I'm still waiting on Ward to confirm the location in Antwerp.

If I don't get a response from him before wednesday the event will go through in Ghent in the vooruit!

Hello fellow Python Hackers!

We have found a location and have a date for our next meet up!

When: Saturday 9 February , 19 o'clock

I've put 19 o'clock on the doodle but now I'm thinking it might be a little to late so I'm proposing to let the event start at 18h, unless there are objections.

There is a beamer we can use to give some presentations and/or lighting talks.

I would encourage everyone to give at least a lighting talk.

If you have a subject you would like to talk about, post it on the list so we can start putting an agenda together.

Current agenda:

* Welcome talk (by me)

* Website (by me)

* Lighting talks (by everyone)

* Break

* Presentations

* Hackers food (More on this later from Ward)

If you would like to add something else to the agenda, let me know!

If you got a lighting talk or presentation post it on the list and it'll be added to the agenda.

I'll give a lightning talk on Camelot or Flask (i guess we can change
our mind, right?).
