Hello everyone!

Yesterday an interesting post was posted on the python-users list.

One made by one of the employees of Mobile Vikings , a company we probably all know.

They apparently  use python and have created (and also made available publicly)  a deployment tool.
One that looks more advanced and scalable then the current most used deployment tool in python , fabric.

I will definitely be trying it out in one of my next project.

Kind regards,

Jonas.

Hi Jonas,

Thanks for sharing. I am the author of the framework actually.

The library is still progressing, but it's pretty stable. We use it at Mobile Vikings for deploying almost 40 servers, each containing quite some components.

Feedback is always welcome. Tell me what you need, or what we lack that other deployment tools already have.
I know that more documentation, use cases and examples are always welcome. I plan on writing some example for a quick deployment of Django on an Ubuntu host with virtualenv/uwsgi/nginx.

For what would you use it?

Cheers,
Jonathan
