SAP Advanced Transportation Manager

Duration: 3 months (will likely extend long term)

NO H1b, OPT & CPT

 

Work Location: Remote & Dallas, TX (Hybrid 50/50; Mon-Thurs travel for the 2 weeks onsite OR if located in Dallas onsite 4 days a week)        

 

SAP certification in Transportation Management preferred but not required.

The right candidate would have Advanced Transportation Management and S4/HANA (used to be called "TM" and Supply Chain suite)            

 

Job Description:

 

SAP Advanced Transportation Manager

• Experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP Advanced Transpiration Management implementations.
• Support configuration, design of functional specifications for WRICEFs, execute system integration testing, assist with data creation / migration and support cut-over and hypercare activities.
• Write training documents and deliver end user training
• Planning and Optimization: Creation and optimization of transportation plans that are aligned with business objectives, while considering constraints such as capacity, time, and cost.
• Freight Procurement: SAP ATM enables shippers to negotiate with vendors on pricing, volumes, and service levels through a centralized system.
• Real-time Visibility: Enabling real-time visibility into shipment status, delivery time frame, location, and other key information.
• Transportation Execution: Execution of transportation plans based on the optimized plans, including carrier selection, shipment booking, tendering, tracking, and payment.
• Integration: Integration with S/4
