The scourge of the internet... New members will now have to have their
messages wait in moderation before they can post. As far as I
understand this process it will only happen to the first message from
a given member.
The group has always been set such that only members can post and the
account posting the spam is not a member -- maybe they just join for
long enough to post. As such I can't work out a way to ban them.
