Django 1.1 on its way

As is standard with Django's release procedures there will be a string
freeze once 1.1 hits release candidate stage (it's still in beta).

We should be ready to get changes to the Thai translations put through
so that Thai can be as up to date as possible when 1.1 comes out.

If anybody wants commit rights to the repo where the translations are
worked on then all you have to do is to ask me. Patches also welcome.
