how to install pyGTK on win xp machine

Hello
I am trying to use pyTesseractTrainer-1.03.py but the module pyGTK is not installed in my win xp python 2.6 version.
Can you assist me how this can be done easily ? The file pyPI which should be installed via the setuptools is not possible to install ?

Use all-in-one installer from http://www.pygtk.org/downloads.html
