New release and new documentation home

Hello everyone!

If you're wondering why Pyteomics documentation is not accessible, it's because it has been moved to Read the Docs. The old site, pythonhosted.org, stopped accepting new docs, and unfortunately they don't allow redirecting to another address.

So, after releasing a new version (3.5), I had to delete the old docs. Hopefully the new page will gain some proper search rankings soon.

So, update your bookmarks! The Pyteomics docs now live at https://pyteomics.readthedocs.io/.
