pytddmon Travis CI

pytddmon is now being automatically tested by Travis CI whenever a pull request or commit happent to objarni/pytddmon.

This means I am more likely to accept changes, since it decreases the amount of regression testing I need to do before feeling that the change is OK.

So hack away - there are a couple of issues on github! :)
