Unable to Install PyStruct

Hi,

I was trying to install pystruct to colab but it kept reporting errors. I tried a few fixes but they didn't work:

* downgrade python version to 3.7

* using the command provided by https://github.com/pystruct/pystruct/issues/237

I would really appreciate your help! Thanks!
