Mice should be up next
but I might be stuck in Agresti's Categorical Data Analysis (2003 ed) book for a bit longer.
Agresti is a good read, good for a quick overview on categorical data analysis, with lot's of examples that I haven't seen in Python yet, only in R, Stata and SAS.
