DataFrame.to_html() > utf-8 encoding option ?

Hello All,
I read the doc string of to_html() searching for an "encoding" option
as we have in other IO Tools in pandas.
I research the group and issues on Git but I seem to be the only one
needing this option. Something is surely wrong with me :)
Any tips?

When starting the to_html() code, i haven`t thought about encoding. It`s not because you need and i don`t there is something wrong with either of us :-)
I opened an issue for it: https://github.com/pydata/pandas/issues/891
