I'm working on new post-estimation results and on new models that affect many parts and need several rounds to settle on a design.

To make PRs manageable, I keep them relatively small and merge them in several rounds.

The plan is to have the api settled and sufficient unit test coverage before the 0.14 release.

However, my roadmap and wishlist is always much larger than what ends up being merged.

The latest merge was `get_prediction for discrete models, so we can get standard errors and confidence intervals for prediction.
