next huge speedup

I've just added new branch "numpy-array" and relocated "speedup" tag.

look here for branch it self: http://github.com/lig/pystardict/tree/numpy-array

the work is not ended yet, but i've real speedup for demo.py from 2.7s
to 0.9s at this time already.

it looks like all this makes no sense. i will dig more for real results.
there is no speedups here.

it seems that "tupled-idx-key" branch may give some speedup
