[pystardict:19] PyStarDict 0.6 released.

Hi, folks!

Version v0.6 of the PyStarDict library is a little bit faster than
v0.4, could be build as deb-package and released also as tar.xz
archive packed via xz-utils.

There are also fixes for Python 2.6 in this version.
