MPI parallelization vs number of particles

Hi everyone,

When I try to run a dam break simulation with about 2,000,000 particles on 32 cores, I get an error that I interpret as a lack of particles for some processes (attached to this message).

So, is there any rule for specifying the maximum number of cores that can be used when parallelizing with MPI ?
