I'm new to these and have a problem to install pysph on windows

I'm very new to pysph, and also has limited experience in programming, after I follow the instruction and type in the $ pip install sph

I got a message says:

Could any one help me with this, I do some research before post these and has VS 2010 installed on my PC. Thanks
