PySlurm support for Slurm 20.02.00? Can't build.

Hi,

I can't build PySlurm against slrum 20.02.00.  Is support for 20.02.00 on the road map?

20.02 was pushed just recently by the way.

It works for me, though on ubuntu I had to change the setup.py file's search for the library file from libslurm.so to libslurmfull.so , fyi
