September's meeting will be Tuesday, September 25th at 7:00 PM at IWS, Suite 103.

Depending on turnout and demand, this month's meeting will be either competitive coding, Project Euler, or both.
Geek club will also be happening in parallel, as it is inevitable. :)

Project Euler:
This track is for beginners and math-heads.
Here, you'll solve Project Euler problems by implementing them in Python.
This was really really popular way back when, and those who participated seemed to enjoy themselves.

Competitive Coding (BrainTanks):
This track is for more advanced programmers, and those interested in things that are not math.
Everyone will pair/trio up and work on brains for Matt Thompson's BrainTank game.
BrainTank is a nice little project that Matt came up with, and was showed off a little bit at last month's meeting.
Basically you write a script to control a tank, which rolls around and tries to kill off its opponent.
I know of at least one already. >:)
Can yours beat out the competition?

This is just a quick reminder that PySGF will be tomorrow, Tuesday, September 25th at 7:00 PM at IWS, Suite 103.

There will be BrainTanks and probably some hardware/microcontroller/Arduino magic happening. :)
