Hello!

I've installed Python 2.7.3, the 32-bit.
I've installed last version of Pyscripter: PyScripter-v3.2.2 also on 32-bit.
The computer runs an 64-bit Windows 7.
I get the error from the attached picture. Any idea why is not working to start and use PyScripter?

Did you install python 2.7.3 with administration rights and registered it?  Did you choose "Install for all users"?

To check whether you Python installation is registered you can run the Registry Editor "regedit" using the windows key +R and check  for all user installations whether the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Python\PythonCore\2.7\InstallPath
and for current user installation the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Python\PythonCore\2.7
exists.

If your python installation is not registered then you need to follow the steps described in thread https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/pyscripter/wBbYQSCO0uQ.

Is your installation for all users?
I do not have Python 2.7.3 here, but I have just tried with Python 2.7.14 32 bits on Win64 machine both with an "all user" and with a "current user" installation and Pyscripter worked on both cases.

Could you please
a) check that python27.dll is under c:\windows\syswow64 for an all user installation or in the python installation path for a current user installation.  For an all user installation no other python27.dll should be on the windows path.
b) If you have a current user installation try the workaround from  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/pyscripter/wBbYQSCO0uQ.  It should also work with current user registered python versions, since pythonxx.dll is located in the installation directory.
c) Please try with the latest python 2.7 from python.org.

Just on more thing.  'Also check the PYTHONHOME and PYTHONPATH environment variables to see whether they conflict with the Python version used.
