Installing PyScripter on drive D

Old version is on drive D: Win 11.
Can't get new version to update or reinstall on drive D:

The installer installs PyScripter in the Program Files folder. But you can download the zip distribution from  PyScripter - Manage Files at SourceForge.net and unzip it anywhere you want.  It can coexist with other PyScripter distributions.  You can then manually create the shortcut to PyScripter.exe
