Commenting based on language being edited (python / c / javascript)

Dear Kiriakos,

Is it possible to provide, custom comment shortcut based on the dialect being edited. So for example,

(Ctrl + ') will create '##' comment for Python file and '//' comment for JavaScript file ?

How to achieve this?
