Memory Error

PyScripter  suddenly started giving me an error message when I try to open a file. The error msg looks like this (section selected). Anyone has an idea of what's happening and how to correct it?

This is using an old and unsupported version of PyScripter.  Please update to version 4.2.   If this error persists please submit an issue at the Issue tracker.
