Can't add Python setup version

to PyScripter

I have win 10 64bit,

After install of Python 12 and uninstalling Python 11 can't find Python setup version.
I use Python 12 32bit and also Pyscripter 32bit version, always portable version.

This newer was problem till now.

You can either:

Install the preview version ( PyScripter: Preview of the upcoming PyScripter version) - new version is coming soon by the way.
Find and remove pyscripter.local.ini from %APPDATA%\PyScripter directory (del %APPDATA%\PyScripter\PyScripter.local.ini)

I have 32bit version, I try to delete PyScripter.local.ini frpm root folfer where application is but unseccessful. I will wait for 32bit version...
