What's the best way of channeling R's stdout output back into pyrserve?

I need this to preserve the logs of the R output...

Thank you very much for any pointers!

Hi Andreas,

that is a good question. Browsing through Rserve's (the part on the
server side for pyRserve) documentation I do not really get a good
idea how to handle this. Rserver itself doesn't provide stdout to
pyRserve as it stands, but there might be a way in R to redirect it's
normal stdout to a file or a buffer, and read that from pyRserve.
Maybe some R expert (I'm unfortunately not an expert :-) or people on
the Rserve mailing list might provide some better help than me. The
place to look for those guys is on http://www.rforge.net/Rserve.

ciao ciao
