New release of pyroute2

Hello, would it be possible to trigger a new release of pyroute2 soon? In OpenStack Neutron we rely on patch [1] being part of an official release, otherwise the support on the s390x platform is broken.

In the case of critical failures I can tag one extra release on the 0.4.x branch until the 0.5.0 issues will be fixed.
