I'm having issues with coloring lining up with the text in rtorrent-PS, as shown above in the first snapshot.  It seems like the coloring doesn't know where the beginning and end of each 'field' is located.  Another torrent shows similar results during downloading, but once it's finished, the coloring lines up again, as shown above in the second snapshot.  And when the speed changed and went above 999 KB to 1000+ (ie, 3 digits to 4), the alignment went off again.

Basically, it looks like the coloring is static and doesn't adjust to the underlying text fields.  Is there something I can do about this in the configuration, or is it a bug??

Use the collapsed display, there the fields have constant length and thus coloring hits the intended positions.

The problem is that the "classic" display is from a time where GBit lines were a pipe dream, and thus things jump around.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into using this mode, or I may just hack the code for 5 digits and leave it as is.

Sorry to bring this back up after so long, but is there no way that it could be adjusted based off of the length of each field? The collapsed view is too small to easily read the icons in my font size, and while I might be able to go through and hack something together myself, it would be fairly difficult as I have minimal knowledge in C++

What do you use? Native linux/Mac OS X terminal or Putty on Windows?
If the latter than take a look at these comments: https://github.com/pyroscope/rtorrent-ps/issues/8
It's working fine for me.
