Is the configure option --with-posix-fallocate still necessary for libtorrent in order to enable system.file.allocate.set = yes in the .rtorrent.rc file?
It seems like it should be the default during libtorrent compilation, since users could always turn it off in the .rtorrent.rc file if it causes problems.
I guess I am asking, if the option is still required during compilation, why is it not the default during compilation?
