Pastoral Pastimes Part 1

Here is one of two videos I took yesterday out with the sheep and dogs. 

Pierre and Eureka are phenomenal--the less said the better.  Without any prompting from me they take the initiative and you can see their desire to keep everyone together.  I spend most of the time just studying what the dogs and the sheep are communicating and interacting with each other.  What I may think is happening or what the dog should be doing may end up being wrong because I am not picking up on all the subtle animal body language.  It is truly a wonderful experience and this breed continues to amaze me.
