It appears we have a very mentally challenged person in West Sussex. They are leaving RAT BAIT SANDWICHES, on EAST HEAD Beach, West Wittering, Chichester.
1 dog dead ,one in intensive care....If your dog is a scavenger, and you walk there keep it on a lead for a while.
