Hello Pyradiomics team,
I request someone to guide me how to have a csv file for batch feature extraction of images and masks. A visual example would help me understand better. Thanks

On using the command line, see here. An example of the input CSV file can be found here. This example represents the 'batch' of the example cases contained within the PyRadiomics repository.
Finally, an example youtube video on the various ways in which pyradiomics can be used is found here.
