Dear Dr. van Griethuysen,

I unloaded Pyradiomics and tried several samples of multipatameter MRI. It seems like that the first order feature and the shape features are corrected extracted. But for the rest features, they are the same across different MRI sequences for the same patient.

Should I setting or tuning parameters of the features extractor? And how?

Can you share the exact settings you applied, as well as the PyRadiomics log file?
