Convert to nrrd

Hello Pyradiomics and team,

I have a set of .png images as my database which needs to be converted to a medical image format such as .nrrd, or .dcm(dicom), .nhdr etc for the radiomics to extract the features.It would be great if someone can assist on this. Thanks.

Hi, you can use fiji image J which can convert .png to .nrrd.

if you need any help you can ask me.
