Hi,
I want perform MRI radiomics analysis. I set the normalize as "true" and normalizeScale as "100". What does the setting represent? What is the detailed principle of the normalization?

Hi -

Most MR sequences don't have any inherent units, so there is no particular principle to apply when normalizing.  This is an important caveat to consider when doing MR radiomics.

Hi,

The algorithm performing the normalization is documented here.
