As of today, PyRadiomics is available on PyPi.

Only PyRadiomics releases will be available in this way (starting with the current release of 2.0.0), but comes with the wheel distributions, removing the need for compiling the code.
Wheels are distributed for python 2.7, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 on Linux, Windows and Mac (only 64-bits). For these distributions, you can install pyradiomics using `python -m pip install pyradiomics`.
