Stem plot?

Hello,

I would like to make this kind of graph (not linking each data points but draw a vertical line from 0 to y) using pyqtgraph but I can't find a way to do this: http://matplotlib.org/examples/pylab_examples/stem_plot.html

Does anybody know how I can do this?

It should be very simple to build this from a PlotCurveItem using connect="pairs" to draw the lines and a ScatterPlotItem to draw the points.

Thanks for pointing this out,

I used this function to draw the graph (I didn't wanted the points):

def plot_centroid(plot, x, y, **kwargs):
return plot.plot(x=np.repeat(x, 2), y=np.dstack((np.zeros(y.shape[0]), y)).flatten(), connect='pairs', **kwargs)

Not sure it's the most efficient way to do it, but it works
