Interactive edit of plot appearance (line color, width, backgroud ...)

Hi,

is there any way to edit the basic plot options in an interactive way (change line color, line width, plot title, axis labels etc.)? 

I know about the context menu but it provides zero options for dealing with those plot options.

I am looking something similar that:
