imageview gradient no longer visible after we zoom

Hello,

I noticed that inside the imageview, when I zoom in a lot into the LUT item, as the text grows, the gradient gets pushed to to right, far enough that it is no longer visible. When I zoom out it does not come back into view.   

You can replicate this with using the imageview example. 

I assume that I have to fiddle with setting a size policy for the gradient... not sure yet.
