0.11 release

Dear campagnola,

i love your pyqtgraph lib and use it extensively!

But now, as i want to deploy my package, which uses your lib version 0.11 i have the problem that i can't put it on Pypi.

Pypi allows only dependencies that are on pypi not on github. pyqtgraph is on pypi, but only the version 0.10, not 0.11.

It is more than 2 year as you deployed the last release. 

I know there are still some smaller bugs, but i'd love if you could make a release nevertheless.
