pyqtgraph, select several lines by mouse and remove them in a figure

I want to develop an application, which will draw about 200 lines, some lines are needed to be selected and removed by mouse. The remained data lines are saved to a data file. Please give me some hints how to do this. I'm just new to pyqtgraph, and not familiar with all its functions. Thank you very much.
