volume rendering given data in cylindrical coordinates

Hi,

May one advice how to render the volume given the data in cylindrical coordinate system?

By default, PyQtGraph uses Cartesian coordinate system and requires constant step sizes for all three dimensions. However, when using the standard conversion formulas from cylindrical to cartesian the latter becomes inconstant. Moreover, there are some repetitions appear.
