How t move legend item below the graph and update background?

Hi,

When we add legend items in any graph, it usually comes on left top corner. However, I want it to appear below the x-axis.

First Question: How can I position the legend item below x-axis?

Second Question: How can I change the background colour for the legend items (defaulted to light grey)?

Third Question: How can I add subsequent item in legend in a horizontal manner as compared with the default vertical manner?
